7min Full Workout is an app to help you get in shape (or at least TRY to get in shape) while dedicating only seven minutes of your time every day. Anyway, that's the idea of the app, assuming you also follow a healthy diet, of course. Obviously you're not going to get in shape by exercising only seven minutes a day without taking care of your health in other aspects as well.

Basically, the app has a workout program that displays the exercises to be done on the screen. Also, you'll hear when you have to change exercises on your device's speakers. The images, although simple, are informative enough to illustrate very clearly what you have to do.

7min Full Workout is one of the many alternatives available if you want to exercise while only dedicating only a short amount of time to this task. The app's main strength (regardless of the results you might obtain) is that it takes up very little space on your device's memory.
